Step by step

What happens, concretely.

  1. 01First contactDay 0 · 30 minutes

One call, with no sales pitch.

You write to me, I answer within 24 working hours. The first call is there to understand where you stand and to check that I am useful — not to sell you anything.

    What you do

    • You describe your product, the clients you won, your commercial situation.
    • You say what you have already tried and what failed.

    What I do

    • I listen and ask precise questions about your won accounts.
    • I tell you straight if Wave One is not the right answer.

    What you get

A clear answer: I go on, or I do not.

  2. 02AnalysisDays 1 to 5

I look at your data before promising anything.

I analyse your existing clients, your positioning and your addressable market to identify the segment that answers, and the triggers that justify an approach.

    What you do

    • You share your client list, your lost deals, your exclusions.
    • You confirm my reading of the segment.

    What I do

    • Analysis of won and lost accounts, spotting what they have in common.
    • Definition of valid triggers and of the real market volume.

    What you get

A scoping note: segment, triggers, accounts to exclude.

  3. 03OfferDay 5 · one page

A fixed price, a written commitment.

The offer fits on one page: €7,500, six weeks, 150 accounts maximum, four qualified first meetings guaranteed. No variable cost, no automatic renewal.

    What you do

    • You read it, you discuss the scope, you sign or you pass.

    What I do

    • I write the commitment and the qualification criteria in black and white.
    • I set the start date and the rhythm of the weekly updates.

    What you get

A one-page proposal, fixed price, a commitment in numbers.

  4. 04Wave One engagementWeeks 1 to 6

The wave goes out, account by account.

Six weeks: diagnostic, a named list approved by you, sequences written by hand, sending, follow-ups, qualification. Two contacts per account maximum, then the account is closed.

    What you do

    • You approve every account on the list and read the messages.
    • You take the qualified meetings I hand over to you.

    What I do

    • Research on dated triggers and named contacts.
    • Writing, sending, following up, strictly qualifying every reply.

    What you get

Four qualified first meetings, at the minimum.

  5. 05TrackingEvery week

The same screen as mine, every Monday.

A ten-minute weekly call and an open tracking dashboard: accounts approached, trigger used, open rate, replies, conversations, meetings. Nothing hidden behind a monthly report.

    What you do

    • You read the numbers and decide: push harder, close the account, change the message.

    What I do

    • Weekly dashboard update, a brief before every meeting.
    • Immediate alert if a signal shows the target is wrong.

    What you get

A dashboard in numbers, open at any time.

  6. 06Success and handoverWeek 6, and after

The playbook stays with you, with or without me.

At the end you get everything: the list, the sequences, the numbers, the conversation history and the documented playbook. Your team can run a wave on its own. If you want to keep going, Pulse takes over.

    What you do

    • You decide: bring it in-house, stop, or continue with Pulse.

    What I do

    • Results review of the engagement and handover to your team.
    • Documented playbook: target, triggers, messages, cadence.

    What you get

A reusable playbook and a machine you can run alone.
